Security grant assessment and advising services: $100 per hour

FEMA NSGP grants:

• For all FEMA NSGP applications & services, we charge a flat fee on a sliding fee scale based on your organization’s annual budget.

• For organizations with an operating budget of $1M USD and above: $3,000 (per grant)

• For an organization with an operating budget between $500,000 and $999,999: $2,500 (per grant)

• For an organization with an operating budget below $500,000: $2,000 (per grant)

• Initial applications require a deposit when the service agreement is signed, and the balance is due within 14 days of the completion of the project

• As each organization has its own particular requirements and desire additional services, all service agreement are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

IF AN ORGANIZATION IS ABLE TO SUBMIT MULTIPLE GRANTS DURING A FUNDING CYCLE, THE TOTAL FEE WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE ORGANIZATION.

Post Grant Award Management Services:

If your organization receives NSGP funds, we can provide post-award services where we can manage the grant for an organization.

• The fee for this service is on a case-by-case basis.

• With respect to the FEMA NSGP grant, 5% of the total award can be allocated to management and administration (M&A) purposes. We strongly encourage every organization to account for this fee in the grant request.

• Funding from this request line can be used to pay for our management of the grant.

• We always suggest that this component be included in every proposal.

State-based security grant applications:

• The fee is based on how much we can reuse from a FEMA grant application and will not exceed the amount of the original application.

• If your organization has never applied for a FEMA grant, we would work with your organization and determine a fee with you that is affordable.

What might be my return on investment be if my organization uses your services?

  • While awards are not guaranteed, assuming an award of $100,000 and a consulting fee of $3,000, the return on investment would be over 3,000%
